This fully-funded program offers a career-transforming experience that equips participants with practical skills and real-world insights into NGO operations in Taiwan. Whether you work in community development, education, or human rights, this fellowship provides an incredible platform to grow professionally and expand your global impact.
Program Highlights

NGO Placement (3 Weeks): You will be directly matched with a Taiwanese NGO based on your professional background. During this placement, you will actively contribute to ongoing projects, including event planning, fundraising, and project management.

Capacity Building Workshops: Kick off the program with intensive training focused on key areas such as project management, advocacy, and fundraising, alongside visits to civil society organizations across Taiwan.

Roundtable Discussions: Engage in high-level knowledge-sharing sessions with Taiwanese NGO professionals to discuss emerging trends, challenges, and innovations in the sector.

Future Collaboration Opportunities: Participants will propose and develop project ideas aimed at fostering long-term collaboration between their home countries and Taiwan.

Alumni Network Access: Graduates join a vibrant, global alumni network, opening doors to lasting partnerships and regional cooperation.
Financial Coverage
This is a 100% fully-funded fellowship. The program covers:

Round-trip international airfare

How To Apply
o apply, candidates must prepare and submit the following documents:

An updated CV and a professional headshot.

A one-page personal statement outlining your motivation, expectations, and future career plans.

Two letters of recommendation.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a document review and interview process between June and July 2026. Final results and host NGO matches will be announced by mid-August 2026.
